Courtyard Outreach Worker

SUMMARY:

The Courtyard Outreach worker is responsible for providing outreach services to homeless mentally ill adults, with a focus on establishing linkages between the homeless mentally ill and a variety of services including shelter, social services, media and psychiatric care.

This position reports to the Program Director of the Multi-Service Center.

Program Director – Costa Mesa

 

SUMMARY:

Under direction of the Chief Executive Officer and the Director of Clinical Operations, the Program Director is responsible for insuring the Program achieves positive consumer outcomes. The Program Director is responsible for overall management responsibilities of medi-cal related services.

Assistant Program Coordinator

SUMMARY:

Under direction of the Program Director, the Assistant Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Multi-Service Center, including the supervision of assigned Multi-Service Center line staff.  In the absence of the Program Director, the Assistant Coordinator shall assume the duties of the Program Director.

SSI Outreach Specialist

SUMMARY:
