Nurse Practitioner (subcontracted position)

STATUS:          Part-time; Subcontracted position

SUMMARY: The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner works in conjunction with the Psychiatrist, Program Directors, Clinical Leads and Rehabilitation Specialists to provide wrap-around services for mentally ill consumers.

English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese speaking preferred.

Rehabilitation Specialist

SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Program Director, the Rehabilitation Specialist provides services to consumers in the areas of general mental health, crisis intervention, case management and medi-cal related services.

This position reports to the Program Director of the Outpatient Clinic.

Homeless Veterans Liaison

SUMMARY: 

Under the supervision of the Multi-Service Center Program Director, the Homeless Veterans Liaison is responsible for providing services to homeless, mentally ill Veterans.  The primary goal is to develop a network of providers and establish linkages between the Veterans and services they may qualify for, which include: benefits, VA Hospital, shelters, drug and alcohol services, and/or psychiatric services.  In addition the position will develop a Veteran services resource manual and provide training to staff and community members on issues surrounding Veterans.
