TAY Youth Mentor-Male

SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision and guidance of the Project Together Mentor Program Director, the TAY Mentor is responsible to provide peer-to-peer support and/or self-help to clients as needed, requested or directed.

Counselor

SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Program Director and/or the Assistant Coordinator, the Counselor is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the Multi-Service Center, with a special focus on managing a caseload of Consumers.

SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Program Director, the Rehabilitation Specialist provides services to consumers in the areas of general mental health, crisis intervention, case management and medi-cal related services.
