Mentor for Transitional Aged Youth

Under the direct supervision and guidance of the Project Together Mentor Program Director, the TAY Mentor is responsible to provide peer-to-peer support and/or self-help to clients as needed, requested or directed. This position reports to the Project Together Mentor Program Director and Mentor Coordinator. Part-time, Non-exempt (must be able to work some evenings and weekends)

Parent Mentor

Under the direct supervision and guidance of the Project Together Mentor Program Director, the Parent Mentor is responsible to provide peer support to the parent/care providers of children and youth receiving clinical services through the County of Orange Health Care Agency Children and Youth Services and its contract programs. Parent Mentors will become part of the youth’s treatment teach and will work closely with the child’s therapist. They also go into the community to work one-on-one with the parent/care provider to assist them to identify their needs. Part-time/non-exempt
